Ryder Kovach, President Monterey Bay Chapter CLSA, distributed Chapter Scholarships at the Fresno State Geomatics Conference to two very deserving students. Stanley R. Smith and Delwyn Rasmussen Memorial Scholarships are fully funded by the Monterey Bay Chapter and are awarded annually.
